Glossary
An activity is a task that gets executed when a trigger happens. For example, when a form submission trigger is fired (i.e., the user submits a form in your application), you can use an activity to persist the data in the data storage.
A recipe is a template for your application. It can contain the web resources to be shown to the user (e.g., the HTML files, the stylesheets and images) as well as predefined “sauces” which describe the behavior of the application.
A sauce is a combination of a trigger and a series of activities. It is a complete workflow that describes the starting condition (the trigger) and the actions to be taken when the condition happens (the activities)
A trigger is an event that, when happens, initiates a series of activity. For example, a page being loaded in your user's browser.
